We have barrel, box and bottle sponsors available. Not only will you be on the barrel as with normal beer festivals, you will also be associated with the item in the festival drinks list and the festival drinks individual page for example.
Prices start from £30 and go up tp £100.

HINCKLEY BEER FESTIVAL FREE TRANSPORT
The free bus service is a great addition to the festival. On the Friday it won't be a full service and will be running mainly from the bus station and the train station along with any on route bus stops. On Saturday it will be covering the full route including Hinckley, Burbage, Earl Shilton & Barwell.
Please treat the buses and bus drivers with respect they are volunteers, do a great job and work tirelessly to add to the enjoyment of the day.

FREE CAR PARKING
There will be plenty of free car parking within the site. However, cars will need to be picked up prior to 12pm the following day.
RUGBY FIXTURE - HINCKLEY RFC U23S vs ATHERSTONE RFC 3PM
For those who like a bit of a change during the day Hinckley RFC U23s are playing Atherstone RFC in a league game. It could be a welcome break for some but for others it won't affect your enjoyment of the festival as it is on an adjacent field. Kick off is at 3pm.

FESTIVAL CUPS
Festival Cups can be bought online or on the day. They are marked at 1/2 pint and pint levels. Here is the design.
BEER TOKENS
Tokens will be used to buy the festival's beer and cider offerings. One token can be exchanged for 1/2 pint and two for a full pint.

UNDER AGE POLICY
Anyone who appears under the age of 21 will be asked to provide identity to prove they are over 18. This rule will be strictly enforced.
DOGS
Sorry, it is a pooch free party.
WHAT CAN'T I BRING TO THE EVENT?
No drinks, including soft drinks & alcohol, no food and no dogs are allowed into the event. For info unopened small bottled water is allowed. Bottled water is £1 behind the bar and free from the taps.
We are sorry to stop soft drinks but containers have been used to bring in alcohol.

REFUND POLICY
If the event is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, tickets will be refunded in full. Other than that, no refunds will be given.
FURTHER INFORMATION
Please note all bags will be searched for alcohol which will delay entrance slightly. If you have tickets (online or physical) you will be able to use the fast lane for entrance after any bag search.
